[00:35.97]Oslo in the summertime nobody can fall asleep
[00:40.44]I’m staring out the window from my bed
[00:46.26]At 4 a.m. the sun is up
[00:47.79]look the sky is peppered with sea birds and with crows all cackling
[01:14.94]HVA?
[01:15.00]Up in tretten Heimdalsgate
[01:16.11]me and Nina making fun of footballers in Rudolf Nilsen Plass
[01:24.45]I practice my norwegian on poor befuddled waitress
[01:29.40]who shake their heads completely at a loss
[01:35.34]Oslo in the summertime the streets are strangely quite ’cause
[01:39.48]everyone’s away on holiday
[01:41.64]HVA?
[01:41.70]Oslo in the summertime Pakistani children play locked inside of the courtyard all day
[02:23.52]Pretty people everywhere sun lamp tans and flaxen hair
[02:28.11]Just tell the American not to stare
[02:30.81]HVA?
[02:30.87]My wife and I spent a few summer months in Oslo. This is the story of an American in
[02:45.12]Norway. A creature out of it’s element trying to make sense of things. It is very
[02:46.80]interesting in Oslo in the summer because the sun only goes down for a few hours
[02:53.64]everyday. It is difficult to get used to but it is great because the days are so long and
[02:55.44]you can get a lot done. Perhaps it is God’s gift to the Norwegians who suffer so much
[03:03.90]during their harsh winters. Just kidding.

My wife and I spent a few summer months in Oslo. This is the story of an American in
Norway. A creature out of it’s element trying to make sense of things. It is very
interesting in Oslo in the summer because the sun only goes down for a few hours
everyday. It is difficult to get used to but it is great because the days are so long and
you can get a lot done. Perhaps it is God’s gift to the Norwegians who suffer so much
during their harsh winters. Just kidding.
